Which orders are eligible for the 2023 Black Friday & Winter Promo?
Orders submitted from Monday, November 12th, 2023, and reached a certain Sales Volume amount on a single order, will receive a Promotional Certificate sent to the customer's email address on their file, if there is no email address, then the Promotional Certificate will be sent out by mail to the customer's physical address.

Is expedited shipping available for promotional items?
Yes, expedited shipping is only available within the US.
What happens if I cancel, return, or refund and an item that is part of a bundle?
If any item that is part of a promotion bundle is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the promotional certificate will not be distributed, and the remaining items will be charged for full retail price.
